The move is a reset after a rocky first year for the vice president, the departures of two senior aides in Harris’ press and communications operation, Symone Sanders and Ashley Etienne in December. The vice president’s office has begun retooling after a year filled with scrutiny and negative headlines on Harris that neither the White House or her office were really prepared for.
