Daniel Ingram decommits from Cincinnati, commits to UAPB an HBCU

Withrow and Woodward High School football player Daniel Ingram has changed his mind, from signing a national letter of intent to announcing on social media he will be attending the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.

Ingram was a first team all-Eastern Cincinnati Conference selection at quarterback for the Withrow Tigers in 2019, throwing for 1,195 yards and seven touchdowns and adding 857 yards and 10 scores on the ground.

Ingram was named second team all-district in each of the past two seasons.
